You move with the weapon you hold in every attack. Unknowingly, it becomes an extension of your mind and body. Throughout the classes, you will gain more discipline, coordination, balance, and an innate sense of timing.

Slowly, you will be able to train your mind to detect threats and unwanted attacks. Your stance will get better, and you will be able to face life's challenges with more confidence and calmness.
